#AskTheExpert Hello Mam/ Sir, Mera baby starting se hi breastfeeding nhi karta formula milk pe h but me use 2-3 times a day pumping k through milk deti but ab mera milk bilkul nhi aa ra h to please suggest ki kya karna chahiye agar relactate karna ho to?

A. How many days has it been since the milk stopped completely? Try cluster pumping with the breast pump to see if the milk supply increases and also take high protein diet daily. The chances of relacation are less but for medications you need to consult your gynecologist

A. Hi If you have completely lost the breastfeeding that you were having previously then it is okay since your child was on formula feeding as well then you continue formula feeding for initial six months and then you can gradually switch to formula feeding plus semisolid food on regular basis
