#AskTheExpert hello mam right now I m pregnant. In 2nd level scan at 18 week my placenta is low lying 6mm. Doctor said me various precautions upto the time when my placenta is low lying. Now mam its my 24 th week . Is there any changes in position of placenta.?

Maintain adequate hygiene to prevent risk of infection and stay safe

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
