#AskTheExpert hello mam my self samra . plzz tell me about my weight problem and lazy ness after marriage I'm so lazy and my weights is 13kg extra so what can i do

A. Try to be active it's good for you. you may start with basic exercises like walking. Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
