#asktheexpert hello mam.. my lo is 6months old.. when can i introduce fruits like Apple, banana and veggies like carrot, peas, broccoli and sweet potato for him

A. hi parent please start with easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee you can give properly cook rice and khichdi and properly cook vegetable please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash
