#AskTheExpert hello mam my daughter is now approx 6 yr old and we are planning for my 2nd baby. But the doctor suggest us for IVF as early as possible because my age is 39 and amh is 0.75.. Mam kindly guide me can I go naturally or select IVF.. plz reply mam

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Having a low AMH level means that a woman has a low ovarian reserve (egg supply). Low AMH means that you have a low ovarian reserve, but it doesn't mean that you are unable to conceive naturally. Unfortunately, there are no proven ways to increase your AMH levels.
