#AskTheExpert Hello mam. My daughter is 45 days old We want to get advice on how to be sure if she is full after feeding or not, how to know if she is hungry and how to make her sleep during night hours.

Hello mom sleep pattern tend to keep on changing, over a certain period of time and it wont be same , your breast seems to full and hard when the milk production is good and once when the baby had the feed it becomes light and when baby is helped they burp well that is one of the best indicators , also keep a track on their weight gain
