A. hi 1 . for your baby : i adivse two things main- give breastfeeding from each breast atleast 20 minutes . so child will be able to get the full fat hindmilk well . and i advise to give massage regularly which strenghthen child's immunity and his bones and muscles too -for yourself: try mamaearth onion oil and shampoo. its really effective .
