#AskTheExpert Hello Mam, meri ek 7 sal ki beti he aaur ek 2 sal ki beti he hame mai mere husband aaur meri 7 sal ki beti ko Corona ek mahine pahile ho gaya tha meri 2 sal ki beti ka report negative tha..lekin wo hamare sath hi thi to use bhi hamare 5 din choti bhi temperature aya tha....badi beti ko bhi 3 din temperature tha ..Dr. sirf temperature ka syrup dene kw liye bola tha ...hame jaise vitamin ke tablets the vaise unko nahi the... muze ye puchana he ki unko vitamin ke kuch syrup dene ki jarurat he kya ...aaur eske age unki immunity badhi rahe eskeliye mai un dono ko kya diet do ..please reply π

No Need of giving any vitamin supplements to the child since you said that your child the older one and your husband recovered from Covid a month back and your younger one was negative that is also fine if you want to give something to the child then it should be zinc supplement that would be the right thing to go for as of now and for your husband and you also if you can continue with zinc supplement for at least a month or two then nothing like
