#AskTheExpert Hello Mam.. I delivered girl baby on October 6 since two month back, but very next month I got my periods and it is irregular like monthy twice. It is normal or I have to check with Doctor.

A. hi it happens because of hormonal changes usually it is normal to get irregularities in periods during breastfeeding journey but as you are getting periods frequently ,it is better to visit your gynecologist for once
