#AskTheExpert hello Mam. I delivered baby last year nov 2021. Due to some personal reasons we are trying to have another baby soon.Im breast feeding the baby and I did not get my period till now. got to know that breast feeding mom's get their period late due to harmonal changes. my question is how can I get my period while I'm still breastfeeding my 7 months baby.

s madaanMom of a 9 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. you can take papaya apart from that you need to ensure that you are taking care of your diet and check once with your gynecologist because even if you are not getting your periods you can get pregnant
