RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl9 months agoA. Shatavari powder is good enough for u to use 3 times in the day with warm milk and that’s going to b good to increase your lactation and also have good amount of proteins and also have plenty of fluids and that also is going to be lot helpful
