#AskTheExpert Hello Mam, I am 1w weeks and 7 days pregnant. I got my urine sample tested and found Epithelial Cell 10-15, Pus 4-6 and have trace of proteins. I am worried and will this effect my pregnancy or any kidney infections. Please suggest and thanks in advance.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. thats ok.no worried try yo take lots of fluids.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily. . .

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Maintain hydration
Stay hydrated
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash hands often
Take plenty of water
Maintain hygiene
