#AskTheExpert hello mam can I give cow's milk. to my 6 month old boy.also what all can be given to him like daal ka pani,orange juice, badaam after rubbing in milk etc please guide

Give cow milk after one year
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
