#asktheexpert Hello Madam, We are blessed with baby boy ob 7th March 2025. Bit the mother milk feed is insufficient. we have consulted our doctor and using galact powder and lactare tablets, pls suggest diet to improve milk.

sir you can give those supplements which are suggested by the dr , along with that give the mother a healthy and filling diet
include foods such as garlic , oats, flax seeds, dry fruits , milk, panjiri, drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves, , etc , jeera, ajwain or saunf water
