#asktheexpert hello madam my baby suffer from constipation..can u please help me in following diet for 14 months baby ..

A. Prune juice you can give the night before sleeping and apply a drop or two of castor oil into the navel of the child before sleeping and started with a glass of warm water and in general you should include more fibres and fluids in the diet
