ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello! Your child's appetite may have decreased due to season change. Make sure she's active throughout the day, keep her hydrated and add hing to her meals. Give her small, frequent and nutrient dense meals like - dal dhokli, banana peanut butter milkshake, cheese paneer tikki, aloo paratha, nuts ladoo, ragi porridge, soya chunk pulao etc.
Hope this helps!

Children in their natural state are hungry every few hours (even if they deny it at the time), and refusing to eat most likely is a sign of an underlying medical problem, as opposed to an indication of a parent-child power struggle.
