#AskTheExpert hello maam my daughter is 7 months old and i dont understand what to give her that she eats with interest coz whatever i am trying she ia refusing so plz guide in this regard. thank you

A. Hi, Give dal water rice water coconut water and gradually give suji kheer oats kheer khichadi daliya mashed potatoes mashed bnana seasonal fruit and veggies soup crambled eggs soyabean water edli etc. Give 3-4 times meal and in between offer your breast milk dear. Do massage well.
