#AskTheExpert hello ma'am/sir, can I give cow milk to my 5yrs old son? he's having autism scaled no to mild. if not then what can I give him instead of the cow milk, please let me know.

A. hi dear From 2 to 5 years old, experts recommend giving children a little less milk – 16 to 20 ounces, or 2 to 2½ cups, daily. Once your child turns 2, experts recommend switching from whole milk to skim or low-fat milk. If your toddler drinks too much milk, they might not be hungry enough to eat other snacks and meals.
