#AskTheExpert hello ma'am please suggest can I give amaltas Phali kadha 5ml to relief constipation for my baby. my 3 year old baby passed stool in 2 or 3 days what can I do for this problem please suggest me. she is suffering from last 6 months.

Constipation is very common in babies. So you should start giving papaya regularly. Papaya is very healthy for babies and it also help baby to pass stool easily. You should also give 1 teaspoon of honey with warm water once in a day this is the best home remedy to cure digestion issues.
