#AskTheExpert hello ma'am, my son is 1 year 9 month old, he is not eating anything for past few weeks and having mil only. Also for last 1 weeks he is having motions after few minutes of having milk. please advise solution

A. Hello mom avoid giving milk for sometime as you have mentioned she is having motions after consuming it . Give her fruits or juices or coconut water as in vegetable soups would also be fine . Give easy to digest foods like kichidi , idli etc
