to reduce your weight:
start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery.
till that Walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
for stretch marks :
massage this part with oil like bio oil or vitamin E oil.
make scrub with sugar almond oil and few drops of lemon juice,use it daily before taking bath.
take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
