#AskTheExpert Hello ma'am my baby girl she is 7 nonths 21 days old is suffering from Viral fever. will it affect her development? As her temperature is between 99.5°-103°.

I just want to add here that since her temperature rises above 100°C so I am giving her paracetamol drops and she is also having antibiotic.
Let me know whether it will be okay as the medicines are prescribed by her paediatrician.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if it is viral fever it will continue for two or three days and after that antibody formation in the body will complete and fever will go away and you have to meet the doctor only if the fever continuous for more than 3 days
