#AskTheExpert Hello ma'am meri beti ik saal ki ho gyi hai fir and fine hai kamjor c dikhati hai.... kiya mein Abbi bhi usko feed karti hu... kiya mjhe feed karna band kr dena chaiye 2nd kiya m usko cow milk dena shuru kr sakti hu ... haan toh kisa hisab se du usko or kaise

You can give cows milk about 500 ML in a day rest of the times once or twice maybe breastfeeding is fine proper three meals of food should be given and then only the child is going to gain proper weight because proper health is actually based upon the proper diet that a child is consuming
