#AskTheExpert hello ma'am, I am lactating mother of 3 months old baby.My age is 33. last week I have given few tests just as a routine check up.. Found Vitamin D Deficiency. please suggest vitamin D Supplement.

A. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day and vitamin d weekly for three months. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and start treatment as advised

A. take vitamin D and calcium tablets with doctors prescription it will help you I started taking since 3 month of my pregnancy till post my child was 6 months old now I stopped it

Mam your doctor can only advise you with vitamin D supplement that you should be using I will cannot tell you because it would completely depend on the deficiency levels so they will guide you which is the best medicine that you should be going ahead with so kindly take this advice from your treating doctor onlyWrite Your Answer Here
