A. you should get admitted then. doctor will start Pains with injectables if for 24 hours ..didn't work out. may be you need to opt for a C-section hmm?

A. maam the baby has been in head down position since 35th week but it is high up above cervix I am scared that even if doctor induces me I will end up having a c sec so I want to take an informed decision

A. If your baby is in head down position but the head is not engaged then there is slight possibility that the head will be engaged during labour (1% possibility, depends on the flexibility of your pelvis). But if it does not engage in the time of labour also then please go for c section. And if the baby has not come in head down position till now then it's better to go for c section because there are very less experts who can manually bring baby in head down position and it needs an expert.

A. Sometimes, it's possible to manually turn the baby to a head-down position, and you may be offered this. But, if your baby is still in the transverse position when you approach your due date or by the time labour begins, you'll most likely be advised to have a caesarean section.
