#AskTheExpert hello, it's about another person who 23rd year old and 1st time going to pregnant. what should intake in diet when haemoglobin is low during pregnancy. haemoglobin current status is 8.7 in report card

A. Hai good morning !! For improving haemoglobin levels include iron rich foods in diet.. Carrot, beet root, jaggery, pomegranate, spinach and other leafy greens, dates, raisins, almonds, walnuts, figs,meat(liver),ragi, fruits and vegetables. Including pomegranate juice/carrot/beetroot juice and hand full of dry fruits and nuts will help in improving Haemoglobin levels.
