#asktheexpert Hello, Is it safe to give multiple vitamin supplement to toddlers if they dnt eat healthy vegetables and fruits.

A. yes, it can be given in such cases.. Provide fruits and vegetables as snacks. Make smoothies, pancakes adding fruits, , fruit salad. if your baby like it in puree form you should give it puree.. keep encouraging her to try and taste them.

A. Hello ma’am Multivitamin generally is very good to go for at any age but if your child is not eating so the items are not going to cover up for it you have to feed your child anyway vitamins are just complimentary supplements to the body to building strong immunity and it’s all for growth
