#AskTheExpert Hello I want to travel to my hometown In my 9th month of pregnancy by train which is a long journey.(approximately 21hrs of journey) Is it safe to travel at that time? What is the safest time to travel? (under how many weeks can pregnant ladies travel?)

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. mostly during 9th month it is being advised to avoid travelling as when you reach your 9th month the delivery can occur anytime so it would be better to get proper examination done by your doctor and then follow as per the advice

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. 9th month can be risky. Anytime u may deliver. So I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
