#asktheexpert hello I m 32 year old I am trying to conceive my first baby is now 5 year old I am doing follicular study from 3 months this month my date missed 2 nd december but still not get 5 th december I check pregnancy test but it's negative I have back pain and acidity I take hcg shot on my 14 th day . can suggest what I do next

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl9 months agoA. Please take the HCG shot in consultation with the doctor, even then some kind of side effects are there which is to be avoided. Please take more healthy foods and fruits which will be get more energy that will solve all the issues. Please take higher vitamin based vegetables and fruits which will lead a healthy life.
