A. no problem we can take biotin gummies Most of the time there will be loss of hair after delivery because of hormonal imbalance which may continue for one year also you have to take that rich in protein all types of fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals

A. First of all hair fall is not related to.pregnanacy but yes after pregnanavmcy there is hair fall. please consult your gynaecologist before taking any medecine because you are pregnant. dont self mediacate. it may be harmful
