#AskTheExpert hello I had regular periods last month june25th I had period but this month July 13th I am on my period is it ok or shall I wait for next month also

A. sometimes due to some hormonal changes or due to some stress there as irregularity in the periods so you don't need to get stressed out for that and just follow a Healthy lifestyle

A. it's a normal sometimes due to mental stress , due to harmonal changes period become irregular don't worry keep your self stress free,happy, do meditation and yoga

A. You should go ahead by taking a pregnancy test first because sometimes it could be due to the same reason and if that’s not there then it could probably be just hormonal imbalance or do not delay it just consult your gynaecologist one time
