#AskTheExpert Hello i am facing pain during breastfeeding from the right side breast..the pain i feel is basically in the nipple area and have occurred cracks too.. please suggest..m applying nipcare and taking cold and hot compress.

A. you need to give a gap intermittently in between feeding your baby from the side in which you are having problem and continue to apply the medicine told by you

A. Hello mom At the time of feeding it is quite normal. Because babies used to bite the nipples. In such case you can start using Babyhug nipple shields. You can apply the shield on your nipples and continue feeding your baby. It will help to keep your nipples safe from babies bites. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
