ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom as per his birth weight the child tend to triple their birth weight and then yearly they gain About 2 to 4 kgs a little variation is acceptable as far as they are active for their age and eating well .
So make a routine for him so That you plan out his meal time , milk time etc this way they will fall into a pattern
