#asktheexpert Hello, how to sleep train my 7month old. She wouldn't sleep on bed during the day time and wants to be held all the time. when she's put to sleep she'll want to Breastfeed throughout the night or nap time. How to make her sleep independently?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Father , THat would take a lot of patients initially though this varies babies to babies, though the mother can lie down and feed the baby . the baby can be well fed and pat on shoulders and put to sleep
