#AskTheExpert hello good morning, I wanted to ask for kids, that they are now days school, nd getting sick, so what to give in the food, to build up there immunity, nd in the diet, so that they won't get frequently sick. my daughter is 3.6 years old, just now started the school. πŸ™πŸ™

A. give immunity booster food substance like-Eggs, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables and , oats, garlic, carrot, broccoli, butter, beans , mint juice, milk and milk products.. Maintain proper hygine and educated your kid for hand washing. more often
