#asktheexpert hello experts gud evening my baby turns 1 year on 20th july. she has only 5kg wait, plz help n tell me how I can growup her well.

mam,it is too low.
you must consult your pediatrician for this.
if your child is taking breastfeeding, please offer plenty of breastfeeds.
feed a child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
offer food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice,banana, avacado, apple etc.
add ghee in every meal of your child
give massage to your child daily.
