#asktheexpert Hello Expert, My baby is 3 months old. I want to start feeding through bottle along with mother feed. Please recommend the quantity and frequency of powdered milk such as lactogen to be given to the child.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, there is no need to give top feed to your child. You should exclusively breastfeed your child till 6 months complete. Breast milk is nature’s complete food for baby till 6 months. Also, bottle feeding increases the risk of infection for your child.
