to avoid this give ur chikd well balanced diet, give atleast one fruit a,day. .include green leafy veggies in his diet.

Then start with the vitamin D supplement if your doctor is already confirmed what is the problem then they would suggest you with the supplement also as to how long do you need to give this supplement and what is going to be the dosage of the medication all all and all all will be suggested by your doctor only
