ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. It depends on which milk teeth he has still as the permanent teeth keep coming till the age of 12 years.
Incase not even one permanent tooth has erupted yet then please visit a dentist asap.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. not an issue some babies will have milk teeth for long time as my son too have.. around 8-9yrs his milk teeth start falling..
also the permanent teeth started coming from the back side, even the milk teeth has not fall..
that is fine..
