#AskTheExpert Hello Dr my self Atal. My son Shivaan is 1 year old boy. want to ask whether is it fair enough to give Buffalo Milk to him in his diet? also would like to ask what diet should we follow?

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. From 1 year, you can give cow or Buffalo milk to the baby, but feeding it for initial days, it would be better to dilute it with some water to make it easier to digest.
Now, you should start feeding some solid foods like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, besan and beetroot cheela, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, pan cake, boiled egg, chicken and fish curry with rice, dalia, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, etc.
