#Asktheexpert hello dr my daughter is 4 year old ...she have adenoids and I consult with ent dr he gave her melotop nose spray and septilin . 2 times septilin syrup How much ML I gave her .because he not write there ....please reply fast

A. if the medicines are given by the doctor then you can continue this medicine for the prescribed number of days and if it is not improving in next three days then only you have to take follow up with the doctor who will tell you whether you have to stop or continue this medicine. dose will be told by the doctor as per need

A. hi parent she can be given the same upto about three ml once or twice (septaline) please don't self diagnose or self medicate use simply purified water having tds higher than the 450 and keep her well hydrated by
