Q.

#AskTheExpert hello dr.. my daughter is 10.5 month old and weights 8.5 kg... her birth weight was 3.3 kg.. i am quite worried about her weight.. how to increase it..? and also she rejects semi solid food..just want to have purry form only. i want to introduce new foods to her but she is rejecting it.. kindly help.

A. thank u for ur response.. i will try this too... actually i can't give buttermilk n curd in winter times.she may catch cold though i m trying best to give other substitute

A. Hi parent You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the daytime ( don't wake her up though) Do not use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Give her soups , Probiotics (fresh curd or buttermilk) , and meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits.
