#AskTheExpert Hello Dr. my daighter is 7 months old. from last month i have started giving solid food to her but now she poops after 2 3 days most of the time and that too very hard. is it normal? and colour is also greenish and sometime blackish.

When We start to give semisolid food to the child it is very important to introduce good amount of liquid as well specially water because when you eat too much of food water is important as it regulates the digestive system and after that only your child can have a healthy motion as well so try to be put amount of water and fruits
