#asktheexpert Hello dr. My baby son is 3 months and 22 days old. I feed him for almost half an hour at a time, but than too he sucks his hand, wrist and finger after, feeding him. is he not getting enough milk from me, should I start some solid food from 4th month. plzz help.

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello Dear mum you are advised to keep a check on the urine output of the baby also check the flow of milk as a breastfeeding mother have a healthy diet and include milk Daliya with dry fruits also have Zeera jaggery and dry fruit laddu with milk
