#AskTheExpert hello dr my baby is 47days old yesterday she had her vaccination.. full day she wont have any fever but at night her head was hot n her body was cold.. as i feed her head temperature comes to normal but after some time head and body also gets heated i gave her 1/4 paracetamol but she spitted all.. should i give her again after vomiting?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you should measure the temperature using a thermometer and if it is above 99 then you can repeat the dose of medicine again and rest you can take advice from your doctor regarding this to guide you properly in details and that would be the best approach in a proper way.
