#asktheexpert Hello Dr My baby is 1 and half month old. According to our tradition we have to give honey and ashwagandha to him... For his good intelligence... So I should give him or no?

It would not be advisable to give either of the things before completing the age of one year so I would not advise you the doctor do not advise rest would completely depend how your family wants to go for it because it’s your family tradition but still if it is a possible possibility I would suggest you not to get it done it’s not healthy for the child
