AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree etc..
U can start with one meal in a day and milk rest of the day..
When ur baby starts to digest it, then u can start with two meals in a day.
Maintain the gap of 2-3 hours between the two meals or meal and the milk so that the baby is not over fed.
