#asktheexpert hello dr. i Swati Sahasrabudhe my daughter is 3.5 years she got food infection and i give her medicine too now she is ok from loose motion and little bit ok from omit but still she complaining about stomach pain and when she starts complain about stomach pain she got omit.....now I m so worried about her health what too do Dr. please give some solution

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infeyustation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be giuven sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
