#AskTheExpert Hello Dr. I have a question regarding my son. he is 10+ months now still we don't any sign of milk teeths growing and he keep falling down , if he stands for 3to4 min. do I need to take extra care for his legs to get strenghts. please advice thank you

A. Hi kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething such as swollen and hardened gums, loose motions and raised body temperature

A. hello try to give your child calcium rich food in the diet and babies can start teethin as early as three months and in general between 6 month to 9 months and incase of late bloomer it can even start teethin around 14 months also and is absolutely nothing to worry about
