#AskTheExpert Hello Dr. I have a question regarding my son. he is 10+ months now still we don't any sign of milk teeths growing and he keep falling down , if he stands for 3to4 min. do I need to take extra care for his legs to get strenghts. please advice thank you

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething such as swollen and hardened gums, loose motions and raised body temperature

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello try to give your child calcium rich food in the diet and babies can start teethin as early as three months and in general between 6 month to 9 months and incase of late bloomer it can even start teethin around 14 months also and is absolutely nothing to worry about
