#AskTheExpert hello dr. I am working women of 11 months old baby. my baby's weight is just 7 kg only.. I am worried a lot about baby's weight.. plz help

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Give a well balanced healthy diet and keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, ragi in the diet. Give 3 large portions of meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
